General Assembly
The general meeting of members is the association's highest decision-making body. It typically approves the annual accounts and activity report, decides on the discharge from liability, elects the board and auditors, and decides on matters such as changes to the rules, as set out in the association's rules and the Finnish Associations Act.
Board of Directors
The board manages the association's affairs between general meetings, prepares matters for the members, and is responsible for the association's finances and administration in line with the rules.
Members
Members exercise their influence through the general meeting. Their participation, ideas and experience are what give the association its purpose.
Association administration
Day-to-day administration covers correspondence, the membership register, bookkeeping and the keeping of minutes. These tasks are carried out by the board or by persons the board appoints.
Responsibilities and accountability
The association is accountable to its members. Finances are reviewed annually, and board decisions are recorded in minutes. Members may raise questions about the association's affairs at general meetings.
Organizational documents
The association's rules, annual reports and other official documents will be listed on the Documents page once approved for publication.
